Seperated at Birth: The Octagon
Saturday, July 30th, 2005Alright, so I know I have been really slack with my postings here. What have I done, like two? But that doesn’t mean that I don’t care. It just means that I have a girlfriend now. Anyway, a couple of weeks ago Mac let me borrow the wonderfully terrible Chuck Norris cult classic, The Octagon. As I was watching it, I noticed that one of the main characters, A.J., bore a striking resemblance to the modern-day actor Greg Kinnear. Of course, the actor who played A.J. is Art Hindle, who was born fifteen years earlier than Mr. Kinnear. They look like mirror images of each other in those pictures. It was very hard for me to seperate Mr. Hindle in The Octagon from my perception of Mr. Kinnear, which is of the gay dude from As Good As It Gets. Anyway, that just made The Octagon that much more entertaining. If you get the opportunity, late one night, desperate, in a Walmart, I suggest picking this movie up. It’s only five bucks or something. I hope y’all enjoy it as much as I did.
